My Skills, My Future has been updated by IncludED Careers to provide targeted careers and employability for young people with SEND in specialist, mainstream and alternative education settings. Originally designed to help learners build essential skills and explore prospective areas of work, the programme has now been fully mapped to the equalex framework to strengthen its focus on meaningful, high-quality work experience. This revamped approach supports all learners, including those with SEND, by linking each resource directly to the structured learning outcomes within the equalex framework.
